My year in LDT has been a year of growth.

 

Through my coursework, I developed my understanding of evaluation and research methods, learning theories, and design processes. Through my master's project, I explored the question of how might we support workshop facilitators in creating engaging and effective learning experiences online. Through my internships at BEAM, Stanford Career Education and the d.school, I had the opportunity to design learning experiences for Stanford undergraduates and interview instructors on their insights from teaching remotely.

What I'm most proud of this past year: ​​

• Creating Building Your Career Toolkit, a 5-week program for frosh and sophomores at Stanford who are exploring majors and careers

• Collaborating with Next Shift Learning to create a 6-week professional development program for community college students participating Snap Inc.'s Snap Academies 2021
